For me, your badassness is personal.
I know what it’s like to feel as though you’ve lost a part of yourself somewhere between the lunches, the laundry, and showing up for everyone else. But I found my way back—and it wasn’t by “toning myself down.” It was by turning my light all the way up.
Now, I help women do the same. This isn’t about faking confidence or hustling harder. It’s about owning your story (so it no longer owns you!), understanding your truth, and showing up like the most unapologetic, magnetic, and yes, badass version of yourself—whether that’s at the kitchen table, in the boardroom, or dancing your ass off on a Saturday night.

Who Is Nancy Depina, M.Ed.?
Queen of the Badass Momifesto™
Master Empowerment Coach | Mindset Mastery Trainer | Speaker | Cultural Changemaker
Nancy Depina Araujo is not your average mom—she’s the Queen of the Badass Momifesto™, helping women everywhere stop shrinking, start shining, and rediscover the fire they thought they’d lost.
Born and raised in Boston to Cape Verdean parents, Nancy carries her heritage like armor and her voice like fire. After losing her young cousin to gun violence, she turned her pain into purpose—using music, dance, and storytelling to heal herself and others. Through that journey, she discovered her true calling: helping women rise from exhaustion, doubt, and “doing it all” into a life of confidence, clarity, and unapologetic joy.
Today, Nancy is a Master Empowerment Coach, Mindset Mastery Trainer, and proud cultural changemaker—on a mission to help women reclaim their voices, their boundaries, and their badassery. A multilingual powerhouse (fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Cape Verdean Kriolu), she connects deeply across cultures and generations, reminding us that it’s never too late to get your mojo back.
Recently nominated for a Kriola’s Professional Association (KPA) Award and named an Influencer with the International Women’s Association, Nancy embodies resilience, grace, and unstoppable Woman Energy.
At home, Nancy is a proud mom to two amazing boys and wife to a Boston Police Officer—proof that you can love deeply, lead boldly, and still dance to your own rhythm.
My life will never be the same and it’s all thanks to Nancy!
